These terms govern the use of freelance services provided as an auto-entrepreneur registered in Algeria under Law No. 22-23.
Services are provided by an individual registered as an auto-entrepreneur under Algerian Law No. 22-23 of December 18, 2022. Registration Number: [YOUR_NIF]. Annual turnover does not exceed 5,000,000 DZD as required by Article 51 of Finance Law No. 22-24. Registered with CASNOS (National Social Security Fund for Non-Employees).
Services include web development, software consulting, digital solutions, and technical training. All services are provided remotely or on-site within Algeria. Services comply with eligible activities listed in Executive Decree No. 23-197.
Payments are subject to Algerian tax regulations. Invoices include Tax Identification Number (NIF). Flat tax regime applies: 5% or 12% on turnover depending on activity type. Payment methods: Bank transfer, CCP, or cash (for amounts under legal limits).
All work products remain the property of the auto-entrepreneur until full payment. Upon payment, rights are transferred to the client as specified in the contract. Source code and designs follow agreed licensing terms.
Services are provided on an 'as-is' basis in accordance with Algerian commercial practices. Professional liability is limited to the contract value. Not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
Either party may terminate with 15 days written notice. Ongoing work will be billed proportionally. Client retains rights to completed deliverables upon payment.
These terms are governed by Algerian law, specifically Law No. 22-23 on auto-entrepreneurs. Disputes are subject to Algerian jurisdiction. Mediation is preferred before legal proceedings.
Personal data is processed in compliance with Algerian regulations. Client information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Data retention follows legal and tax requirements (minimum 10 years for accounting documents).
